Ayurveda – The Science of Natural Healing
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing systems, deeply rooted in Indian wisdom and tradition. It is believed to have been revealed by Brahma, the Creator, to guide humanity toward a healthy and balanced life. Ayurveda focuses on identifying the root cause of illness rather than just treating symptoms.
At Lifeline Ayurveda, our therapies begin with a detailed assessment of your Dosha balance (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), lifestyle, and health concerns. Based on this personalized diagnosis, a customized treatment plan is created using natural herbs, therapeutic oils, diet guidance, and lifestyle modifications. Every therapy is designed to restore harmony between the mind, body, and soul.

It is especially beneficial for sinus issues, headaches, allergies, and respiratory conditions.

Abhyanga is a synchronized Ayurvedic oil massage performed with warm, herbal-infused oils using rhythmic strokes. This therapy can be full-body or localized and typically lasts 40–60 minutes. It enhances circulation, nourishes the skin, strengthens muscles, and promotes deep relaxation.
